Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Total Rewards and Compensation to lead our compensation initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our Total Rewards Center of Excellence, you'll partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic compensation programs that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Partner: Provide compensation consultation, guidance, tools, and training to HR Business Partners, TA Partners, TM Partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management: Lead complex, enterprise-wide, and global-scale compensation projects, including project planning, collaborating with stakeholders, guiding project team members, change management, and communications.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the Broad Based Compensation Team and other stakeholders.
  • Year-End Compensation Planning: Ensure the successful delivery of the annual year-end compensation planning cycle, including timely and effective communication to the organization.
  • Process Improvements: Evaluate, make recommendations, and drive process efficiencies and improvements across broad-based compensation.
  • Compensation Training: Evolve and execute compensation training for various groups within the organization.
  • Market Competitive Programs: Ensure market-competitive compensation programs that serve as a competitive advantage to the organization.
  • Compensation Analytics: Develop meaningful compensation analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and analysis for business leaders, HRLT, and ELT.
  • Risk Management: Identify areas of risk and recommend remediation action plans.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of related industry experience.
  • Compensation Fundamentals: Command over compensation fundamentals, including job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, and annual cycle management, total rewards program design, and regulatory reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Workday experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, beginner to intermediate Microsoft Access skills, and some experience with visual analytics platforms such as Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification: Preferred.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Current knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to compensation.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $127,700.00 - $191,900.00, depending on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
