Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in either voice or non-voice processes, as required, to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Verifying information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy
- Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Performing additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

To succeed as a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will need:
- A willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
