As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving discrepancies between our enrollment package records and the eligibility records, providing a single source of truth for our customers. Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors
  • Resolving problems and discrepancies from various regions within the company, including shared mailboxes and work queues
  • Reconciling eligibility records between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Monitoring and tracking records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to manage and analyze data
  • Providing excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in a data entry or analysis role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with data management and analysis software, such as data visualization tools or business intelligence software
