Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Managing CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
• Detailing on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
• Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
• Helping to create remedial activity plans
• Creating review tools for all populations
• Tracking fulfillment of remedial activity plans
• Finishing information section on all review tools
• Participating in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
• Participating in Quality Management (QM) meetings

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)

• At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
• Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record experience

• QM evaluating experience or case management experience
• High level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
