What You'll Do
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Live Chat Support and Marketing Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will also provide top-notch live chat support to our valued subscribers, helping them navigate our platform and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction ratings and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with marketing stakeholders across APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM to build and maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Analyze and understand which series and movies will drive growth in the APAC region, providing strategic insights to inform campaign development.
- Support creative campaign strategies for global titles in APAC markets and APAC titles promoted internationally, working closely with partners in marketing, social media, PR, and more.
- Provide strategic insights on title and campaign opportunities, working with partners to define campaign strategies that resonate globally and ensure culturally relevant positioning and successful campaign rollouts.
- Represent APAC regional priorities in global forums, assess content, and identify campaign opportunities with marketing partners.
- Lead APAC marketing campaign planning, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution across multiple markets.
- Offer APAC regional insights to global teams, contributing to multi-title campaigns and business priorities.
- Exemplify blithequark culture and values, solving problems and navigating ambiguity with ease.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information, assisting in product selection and processing payments with precision.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized, monitoring product status and handling returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
