Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to all tickets on our system in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues to resolve client queries
• Providing step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal, to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Guiding clients through a series of actions to resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company or similar environment (e.g., orange, WE, software/hosting company)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years, with a proven track record of resolving client queries efficiently
• A very good level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
• A maximum age of 30 years
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Residency in Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun is preferred
• Graduates only
• Both males and females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect:

• Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, working from the office, or from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working from home
• 2 fixed days off per month, which may change each month
• A hybrid work environment that combines office and remote work
• One month of paid training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
