Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system sourced from a continuous influx of images
- Identifying various document types as per the provided guidelines
- Reviewing and validating entered data to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards
- Upholding the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Engaging professionally with colleagues as required
- Providing constructive feedback and suggestions for process enhancements
- Ensuring the completion of all assigned tasks efficiently on a daily basis
- Executing additional basic office duties as assigned
Required Skills

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly Pay: $12 per hour
- Available Shifts: Flexible part-time and full-time positions, with a preference for full-time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Shift Hours: Flexible work hours available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
