We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers, guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses
  • Promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of blithequark's software
  • Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform
  • Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
  • Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional support

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of blithequark's software and features

What Makes You a Great Fit?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of software and technology
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
