Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You will participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, investigate discrepancies as they arise, and complete additional projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
• Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work assignments
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues and address concerns

Qualifications:

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
