• Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines, policies, and procedures, applying this knowledge to make informed moderation decisions
• Provide exceptional user support, responding to questions and concerns from users in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (GED)
