Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive updates and responses in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through email communication and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the level of service they receive
  • Working closely with our Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and provide support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who have a strong background in I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer. Applicants must be comfortable working on a computer all day and have exceptional typing skills and attention to detail. * Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer
