Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Virtual Assistants. This high-paying role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the flexibility to work remotely within the state of Georgia. As a Delta Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting various administrative tasks designed to help our organization run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize executives' schedules, including flight and meeting arrangements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email and chat
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Assist with project management and tracking deliverables
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide support for travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and cars

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must reside in Georgia, USA
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or customer service role
  • Experience in the travel or airline industry
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
