Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Representative to join our team. As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for leading client onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our CRM platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business processes and objectives, providing customized guidance and insights to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions for retail, mid-market, and enterprise clients, both in-person and virtually, to ensure they feel confident and empowered to use our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business processes and objectives, providing customized guidance and insights to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and refine educational materials for specific client personas, supporting onboarding procedures that encourage long-term success and deep engagement with our CRM platform.
  • Partner with Sales and Onboarding teams to provide educational support, ensuring a consistent and seamless client experience throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of educational materials within our video library, ensuring clients have continuous access to state-of-the-art and relevant resources that meet their needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively resolving various forms of feedback, working with continuous training, and encouraging relationships that contribute to their overall success with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Support, to hand-off client feedback and assist in driving upgrades in both client experience and product functionality, ensuring that Hobby Lobby continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Wanted Skills and Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Representative with the following skills and experience:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B product education
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly through screen sharing, email, and phone
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote opportunity with a standard 8-hour workday. No travel is required.
