Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services and processes
  • Upsell when required to promote our products and services and meet sales targets

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required to ensure reliability and consistency
  • Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
