Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Handling high-volume customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Investigating and resolving missing medication data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Settling information section-related exceptions and resolving patient and prescriber inquiries
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Obtaining and maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms
  • 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
