The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service and hospitality. You'll be responsible for:
- Building trusting relationships with customers and recommending products and services that meet their needs
- Creating "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction
- Maintaining the location's appearance and cleanliness
- Following all blithequark safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
- The ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
