Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our database using a computer or laptop
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring data accuracy and quality by following established procedures and guidelines
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email and phone
  • Working independently with minimal supervision and managing your time effectively
  • Maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring that your computer or laptop meets the required specifications
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old and a resident of the United States
  • Have a stable internet connection and a computer or laptop that meets the required specifications
  • Be able to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Have basic PC skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be proficient in basic English written and spoken language

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or related industries
  • Experience working from home or in a remote work arrangement
  • Familiarity with data entry software and applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
