Key Responsibilities

As an Online Product Review Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry and Accuracy: Consistently meet the established daily quota by accurately processing submissions sent electronically by our members. Compare data with source documents submitted by our members, checking for accuracy and ensuring that supporting documentation meets specified requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Data Management: Accurately document and record member information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and members, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
• PC Operations and Navigation: Proficiency in PC operations and navigation, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry and CRM software, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
