Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our marketplace customers. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and your prompt and courteous responses will set the tone for their experience with our services.
  • Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our products and services. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our services.
  • Resolve technical or account-related issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:
