Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center/Chat Support Center Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in representing our clients and customers by providing high-quality and efficient customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Communicating with customers to acknowledge and resolve complaints, and to provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
