As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be a vital part of our customer service and support team, working closely with our customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
  • Educating current and potential customers on our products and services, including features, benefits, and processes
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating them as necessary
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team for prompt resolution
  • Actively participating in team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives
  • Adhering to shift schedules, internal policies, procedures, and processes
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Key Performance Indicators

To measure your success as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be evaluated on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Handling all queries in a polite, professional manner
  • Probing and troubleshooting customer queries, and providing suitable and satisfactory solutions
  • Educating customers on services and processes
  • Escalating any issues to the Team Leader
  • Achieving agreed KPIs and Objectives
  • Adhering strictly to shift schedules
  • Adhering to laid-down internal policies, procedures, and processes
  • Working collaboratively with the team

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from any stream (if a Fresher) or a minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Passionate about customer care and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Good typing skills and the ability to work efficiently on a computer
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • A fast learner who is able to work with set targets and adapt to changing priorities
  • Time flexibility and ability to work in a rotational shift system, including Public holidays and weekends
