The Role

As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. You will work from home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a technical support environment

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (6pm-2am EST)
  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
