Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You will work in a designated retail location, where you will be the face of blithequark, connecting personally with our customers and uplifting their lives. Your role will involve a range of tasks, including receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate may include:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems, and exceeding their expectations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth operation
  • Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are processed efficiently and accurately

Physical Demands

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

Work Schedule

As a part-time associate, you will be required to work a varying schedule between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week. You will need to be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak periods.
