Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to blithequark members through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, offering personalized education and guidance to help them understand and maximize their healthcare benefits.
  • Follow established best practices for handling member inquiries, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Efficiently manage and organize your workload using blithequark's platform and tools, such as Zendesk and G Suite, ensuring seamless operations and high productivity.
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying updated on relevant information to provide accurate support to members.
  • Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's solutions and services.
