Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as determination of payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time, making it easy for customers to work with us.

Essential Qualifications
