The Role

Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Provide detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Assist users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information, ensuring our gig workers have the latest insights and resources.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
