The Role

As a Patient Care Advocate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing their concerns with care, detail, and empathy. Your primary objective will be to help patients understand their pharmacy benefits, track patient interactions, and provide them with the best advice possible. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that patients receive the support they need, and you'll be empowered to escalate concerns as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits by utilizing your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and support from your team.

  • Utilize your expert listening skills to quickly identify and address patient concerns, and document all interactions in real-time.
  • Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice by empathetically addressing their concerns and escalating appropriately when necessary.
  • Collaborate with your team to provide seamless support to patients and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with training and education to enhance your knowledge and skills in patient care and support.

What You Should Have:

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
  • 1 year of relevant customer care experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
