Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Program Management and System Improvement across the Coordinated Arranging Association. This will involve:

  • Developing and executing program plans, including weekly and monthly high-priority meetings with cross-functional leaders from across the organization
  • Coordinating the weekly Store Network Business Survey plan and working with stakeholders to drive business results
  • Collaborating with key business owners to provide input on process clarity and importance, drive follow-up conversations, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Leading the Integrated Arranging Weekly Business Rhythm, focused on driving cycle improvements and process changes that enhance our forecasting accuracy
  • Communicating 30-60-90 volume, storage, and risk mitigation activities to Chief Partners across the organization
  • Driving commitment through monthly meetings, including Arranging YBM, and planning events to engage both local and remote partners in developing their knowledge across the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Four years of college education in Business, HR, Law, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in project management, consistency, or related areas
  • Four years of experience using the intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Four years of experience driving cross-functional groups

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial cycle
  • Experience working with a spending plan, benefit and loss statement, or related financial cycle
