Join Our Team of Live Chat Operators

We are currently seeking a few highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time live chat operators. As a live chat operator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting web customers with product selection, identification, and troubleshooting via email, live chat, and electronic message boards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and electronic message boards

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product selection, identification, and troubleshooting
  • Utilize comprehensive training and resources to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any queries or concerns
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer support goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
