Job Summary

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in receiving and processing calls from patients and families across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to gather information from callers, relay that information to clinicians, and provide empathetic support to those in need. This role requires strong customer care skills, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families in a timely and efficient manner

  • Gather information from callers and relay that information to clinicians
  • Provide empathetic support and connect callers with the care they need
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, navigating high call volumes and challenging situations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of calls
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with clinicians and other team members
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (optional)
