Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to engage with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Addressing a wide range of topics, including pricing, refund policies, discount codes, and more
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company developments
  • Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and customer service guidelines

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Hourly rate: $35 per hour
  • Availability: Flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule
  • Work environment: Fully remote, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
