Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Customer account management: Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to ensure seamless enrollment experiences.
• Application data entry: Enter customer data into our system accurately and efficiently.
• Online chat inquiries: Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.
