Job Description

As a Blended Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your day will be filled with a mix of routine and complex issues, requiring you to think critically, troubleshoot, and problem-solve with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in blithequark's CRM system

  • Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately in the relevant system
  • Utilize technical skills to navigate multiple systems, troubleshoot equipment, and install/uninstall programs as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, de-escalating conflicts and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Required Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment and navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution

  • Experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it
  • Basic technical support experience, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving

Job Requirements:

* Availability to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)

  • Open availability 24/7 to work shifts within blithequark's hours of operation
  • Attendance is vital, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and reliability
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise

Tech Requirements:

* Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)

  • Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) / AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
  • 8GB RAM (minimum), with 16GB RAM preferred
  • Dual monitor setup
  • High-quality USB headset
  • Hardwired internet connection at all times
  • Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability
  • No Spectrum internet service provider

Pay and Benefits:

* Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience

  • Part-time sick time eligible after 6 months of employment
