We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us exceed our customers' expectations.

The Opportunity

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work from home (WFH) after completing a comprehensive on-site training program in Tulsa, OK. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and we're committed to supporting your growth and development throughout your career with blithequark.

What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, helping them reunite with their missing pets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing fur-babies and providing a positive experience for our customers
  • Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience is required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
  • If remote, a quiet designated work area at home (this role is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, side gigs, etc.)
