Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via our user-friendly software. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and encourage customers to place orders. With our cutting-edge software and dedicated support team, you will have the tools and resources you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from the company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with customers via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of sales experience (no prior sales experience required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications
