Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
  • Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure that blithequark holds accurate records; collect and access appropriate information relevant to the type of call
  • Respond to customers through a variety of channels, including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent service
  • Serve customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in contact/call center or customer-facing role
  • Good/Excellent Computer Skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • High level of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
