Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also managing data entry and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to our healthcare professionals. This is a full-time remote position, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Manage data entry and other administrative tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide support to our healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and data entry skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
