The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for updating our company's databases with accurate and timely information. Responsibilities

* Maintain database integrity by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and accurate manner

  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities, and processing customer and account source documents
  • Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures and ensuring that data is accurate and complete
  • Collaborate with employees and customers to collect information and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Ensure that data entry is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
