Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding services and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience and provide seamless support
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting with air freight inquiries and logistics-related questions, providing expert knowledge and support to our clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; entry-level candidates welcome
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in air freight preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
