Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth through coaching and mentoring. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives. This is a full-time, remote position with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement once our offices reopen.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics

• Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
• Act as a student of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about our operations
• Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with us easy for our merchants
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
• Answer and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Enjoys diagnosing issues and creating innovative solutions to tackle challenges

• Is customer-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
• Thrives in a climate where they are continually learning new skills and applying them to their daily work
• Is proficient in using Google Sheets or able to perform data analysis
• Functions well in both individual and team-based environments

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
