Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

Telephone Support:

Provide professional, caring, and responsive support to customers via phone, ensuring their questions are answered completely and commitments to perform research and follow-up are completed. Log all interactions, including information and resolution achieved, in our ticketing system.

E-mail & Chat Support:

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring all questions and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in our ticketing system.

Skill Improvement:

Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by blithequark and its clients.

Communication:

Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management to ensure continuous improvement.

Support Coworkers:

Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Client Relationships:

Foster and maintain positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Departmental Productivity:

Meet departmental productivity standards while maintaining accuracy in our ticketing system.
