The Role

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be a key member of our HR Shared Services team, working closely with our local and global teams to provide timely and effective support to our employees. You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will work collaboratively with our stakeholders to resolve employee issues efficiently. Your customer support mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proactive approach will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes

  • Assist with applications that affect all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
  • Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
  • Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
  • Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
  • Perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool

  • Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
  • Proven project management, communication, and customer support skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
  • A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
