Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering data into internal and external systems, updating client and company information, and ensuring the integrity of client taxes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely, with the potential for a longer-term contract or permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into internal and external systems, including client employee payroll information and personal employee information

  • Update client and company information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry to maintain the integrity of client taxes
  • Work closely with clients to understand their data entry needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
  • Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)

  • Experience working with various software applications, including data entry systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
