Your Impact

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and meeting monthly sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
  • Using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
  • Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of blithequark's products and services

Your Day-to-Day

As a WFH representative, you'll work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Resolving complex customer issues virtually using various tools and resources
  • Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
  • Performing basic troubleshooting on both products and services
  • Collaborating with your manager or support team for assistance when needed

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.54 to $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Call Center Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • A dedicated workspace with verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)

Work From Home Requirements

As a WFH representative, you'll need to:

  • Meet blithequark's WFH standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements
  • Participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
  • Follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
