Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, booking and scheduling services, and troubleshooting software issues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all aspects of customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
  • Support service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues, ensuring seamless functionality and minimizing downtime
  • Collaborate with the remote team, utilizing technology for communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including CRM software and online platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment, utilizing technology for communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the home automation or services industry

  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
