Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Customer Service Representative (Overnight) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medication orders in our closed-door pharmacy. You will work closely with our pharmacist team to ensure that all orders are processed correctly and that our customers receive exceptional service. Day in the Life

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Customer Service Representative (Overnight), your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
