About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of selling coaching programs on behalf of our business coach clients. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours per day)
  • Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (approximately 2 hours per day)
  • Grow organic accounts and increase online presence (approximately 2 hours per day)
  • Reply to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes per day)
  • Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with team members (approximately 30 minutes per day)

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Advanced or native English language skills (C1-C2 level)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
  • A fully working desktop or laptop and a smartphone
  • A stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends)
  • Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
  • Hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses (average performance level: $600-$1,200 per month, good performance level: $1,200-$2,000 per month, excellent performance level: $2,000-$3,000+ per month)
  • No limit on commissions
