THIS POSITION IS FOR DORAL FLORIDA

THIS IS FOR 1 LOCATION TO BE SERVICED NIGHTLY SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAYS AND FRIDAY.

This job is best suited for a 1or 2 persons who could arrive and work the location together at the same time.

We are a Commercial Cleaning company looking for dependable candidates who speak English or Spanish and have their own transportation.

*Experience & knowledge in general janitorial services

*Valid driver's license required

*Ability to read, write and speak English or Spanish clearly

*Proper attire required

*Will be subjected to background check

Duties include:

Reliable with a solid attendance record

Sweep and mop floors.

Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.

Clean and disinfect restrooms.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

Other routine maintenance duties as assigned including

Must pass background check, have experience and provide references. Looking for someone to start immediately.

transporte.

* Experiencia y conocimiento en servicios de limpieza general.

* Se requiere licencia de conducir válida

* Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar inglés o español claramente

* Se requiere vestimenta adecuada

* Será sometido a verificación de antecedents

Los deberes incluyen:

Fiable con un sólido historial de asistencia

Barrer y trapear los pisos.

Limpieza que incluye vaciando basura, barriendo y limpiando superficies.

Limpiar y desinfectar los baños.

Limpieza de ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos.

Otras tareas de mantenimiento de rutina asignadas
