Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach

  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and track interactions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to provide informed guidance and support to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in customer service or a related field preferred
