Job Summary

We're currently recruiting part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Monroeville, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare plans, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure they receive the best possible care. Schedule and Availability

We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with days off and hours varying to accommodate business needs. Our site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week.

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience)

• PC proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to issue settlements in a positive, constructive way
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction
• Unwavering commitment to consistency and adherence to scheduling principles
• Ability to show patience and compassion, and express confidence and certainty
• Strong customer service skills, including empathetic phone behavior and excellent communication skills
